Star batman Yuvraj Singh has been ruled out of the current India Srilanka series due to the Finger Injury.

The finger injury in the left hand was suffered in the second T20 match against Srilanka at mohali were Yuvraj shined with both the ball & the bat. He missed out the second ODI due to the injury which India lost, but however had a bit relief & scored 22 runs of 40 deliveries in the third ODI, however he has been advised to take rest for the next ODI's taking the future in consideration & would not be available for the forthcoming two ODI's aginst Sri Lanka.

Chances are Yuvraj may also not travel with Team India to Bangladesh for the next series if things worsen. Selectors Haven't named any player as a backup to Yuvraj Singh, however team already has Virat Kohli & chances are that mumbai batsman Rohit Sharma may be
called back into the side after the Triple Century in the last Ranji Match for Mumbai.

Meanwhile Yuvraj Singh has tweeted saying "Going home my friends but I'll be back in the next series I guess u tweeters motivated me to play the last game so thnk u all god bless!"

The star batsman's unavailability could be costly for Indian middle order, as yuvraj was in brilliant form & has been consistent form in the recent times.
